Subject: Mach/Kflop w/ win7-64bit?
Hello everyone!

I'm starting a new build and this hit me:

The All-in-One PC I have previously used is no longer available with 32bit CPU so
WinXP as OS is almost certainly out of the question.

Is anyone using Mach/Kflop/Win7-64bit ?

Are there any known problems/issues with this combination?

Thank you in advance,

Tapio

Hi Tapio,

Win7-64bit should work with no problems.

Use the signed USB drivers from Version 4.34a or later (regardless of what Version of KMotion you run).

I run one machine using that combination, and it's actually the laptop I'm writing this reply on!

It runs Win7 64-bit, and I use it run my little digitising machine, which runs on Mach 3 (only so I can use the Probe-It digitising plugin).

The only issue I've ever had with Win7 64 bit, was on the desktop I got for running my lathe. I had issues getting the KFlop drivers to install, but I think all those problems have been solved with the newer signed drivers.
